Instead of stressing about getting every single thing done in one day, it's ok to take it slow and just do a bit at a time.

The Benefits of Taking It Slow

When you break down cleaning into smaller chunks, it's much easier to stay on top of things and keep your home in order. For example, if you commit to just 5 minutes a day, that can have a huge impact on the overall cleanliness of your home. During those 5 minutes, you can focus on putting away items that don't belong in certain rooms or wiping down surfaces such as countertops or tables. You don't need to spend hours cleaning in one go; just focus on small tasks like these for a few minutes each day and you'll be surprised how quickly things start looking better.
