General FAQs

Q1. Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring all cleaning products and equipment with us. This includes carefully selected eco-friendly, low-tox products and professional-grade equipment such as hoovers and mops.


Q2. Are you fully insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for domestic cleaning, giving you peace of mind while we work in your home.


Q3. Are you DBS checked?
Yes. A current DBS check is held and can be confirmed if required.


Regular & Deep Cleaning FAQs

Q4. Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. We offer Regular Cleaning on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis in Leamington Spa and Warwick only. Availability is limited to ensure consistency and reliability.


Q5. Do you offer one-off deep cleans?
Yes. Deep Cleaning is available across South Warwickshire and is designed as a detailed, one-off service. This includes end of tenancy cleans, spring cleans, after builders cleaning, and full home resets.


Q6. Do you offer short or hourly cleans?
Regular cleaning is scheduled as ongoing visits. Deep cleaning is not offered in short hourly slots, as it requires sufficient time to be completed properly and to a professional standard.


Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS transfer or cash, depending on the booking.


Q8. Do different flooring types need special care?
Yes. Certain flooring types such as oiled wood, natural stone, or specialist surfaces require specific products and methods. Please let us know in advance so we can clean them correctly and safely.


Q9. Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide a key or access code, which we handle securely. You’re also welcome to be home if you prefer.


Q10. How is key security handled?
Keys are stored securely and labelled discreetly. Confidentiality and security are always a priority.

  • Deep Cleaning: Across South Warwickshire

Q12. Is there an admin or booking fee?
Yes. A admin fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This forms part of the total cost and covers scheduling and preparation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the clean.


Q13. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may result in the admin fee being retained.


Q14. How should I prepare for a clean?
For best results, please tidy away personal items, paperwork, and valuables. This allows us to focus fully on cleaning rather than organising.


Q15. Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. We’re happy to work in pet-friendly homes and use eco-friendly products that are safer for animals. If your pet is anxious, please let us know in advance.


Q16. Can I request specific cleaning products?
For insurance and consistency reasons, we use our own approved eco-friendly products. This ensures safe, reliable results on every clean.
