A. Yes, certain floors require specific cleaning solutions. For example, oiled wood floors need a specialized cleaner like Bano, as standard products can cause damage. If you have Karndean, wooden, or natural stone floors, please mention this when booking so we can use the appropriate products.

Q7. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
A. No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many clients provide a key or access code, which we handle with complete discretion and security. If you prefer to be present, that's absolutely fine too.

A. If you provide a key, it is stored securely and labeled in a way that does not identify your home. We take confidentiality and security very seriously.
